We worked with the Paramita team to develop and implement processes that enabled effective ordering of IT assets to refresh the IT Network (LAN and WAN) at over 50 sites. Tarun Mehta and his team not only developed and implemented new processes but also efficiently program managed the transition activities. The Paramita team cut our order cycle times from 30 days to 8 days and effectively partnered with the organization to meet all key milestones in each site’s network refresh.
