Our group supported service improvement programs and incorporation of Lean/Six Sigma best practices for several initiatives that Tarun Mehta executed as interim AVP of IT Services – Sourcing and Vendor Management. Tarun worked as an impactful change leader by empowering, engaging and challenging his team to increase capacity and improve customer satisfaction through efficiency and technology. Tarun successfully created a department with improved morale, processes, capabilities and technologies, which provided a better customer experience, while exceeding their established service levels at 10% lower cost.
