Paramita is comprised of a wide range of consultants and experts, under the direct supervision of Managing Director, Tarun Mehta. Mr. Mehta has been a strong presence in the field of business consulting for over 15 years, delivering sustainable results to clients in North America, Europe and Asia. He has successfully developed, led and implemented key business initiatives that have helped various organizations drive significant results in the context of challenging environments. Mr. Mehta has:

• Provided organizational growth and performance improvement strategies to blue chip organizations;
• Effected large-scale performance improvement and organization design, including service delivery models, business alignment, strategic sourcing, governance, organizational design and value realization;
• Worked in a variety of sectors and industries, with a focus on healthcare payers, financial services, consumer goods and technology.

Before founding Paramita, Mr. Mehta held senior positions at Protiviti (NYSE:RHI), where he established and served as the world-wide solution leader for the Global Sourcing practice, and at BearingPoint, where he co-established the BPO Advisory Practice and served as the North American Managing Director for the Commercial Services segment. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in Business and Economics from Trinity College/University of Toronto and an MBA from the Sloan Fellowship Program at the UK’s London Business School.

Mr. Mehta is a much sought-after authority who has spoken at several conferences and has been quoted in leading industry magazines. He is the author of two publications: Are You Engaged in the Creative Destruction of Your Business, and Mitigating Risks in Today’s Outsourced Business World.
