Canada and China are forging ahead with public/private partnerships to be at the forefront of AI technology. Does America also need some sort of plan to remain a world leader in AI technologies?

2. Overview: A sponsored article that I typically will not include in the readings. This one skews towards the marketing function (search, social, media and display). It is intended for the AI terminology definitions that focus on Natural Language Processing sector and as such I would focus on Pages 5 (What makes AI?) and Page 12 (Glossary).
