Led in demand generation for various business units via the development of thought leadership, promotion of best practices, transformation of labor arbitrage enquiries into more strategic and holistic discussions, contribution to the establishment and promotion of policies and procedures for outsourcing related activity and introduction of new service providers and capabilities to the firm.
Results: Converted opportunity to interest and a pipeline of projects supported by business unit leadership. Total contract value of project pipeline estimated at >$230 million.
